How Microneedling Works
Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic skin treatment that uses a sterile device to create tiny controlled micro-injuries in the skin to trigger the skin's natural healing process. This process stimulates the skin to produce more collagen and elastin, which are proteins that keep the skin smooth, firm, and youthful. Mostly used on the face, but may also be used on the neck, scars, or other areas of the body in an effort to reduce the appearance of acne, scars, dark spots, wrinkles, and large pores.

My name is Brandi Dolash, a registered nurse born and raised in Central Iowa. I graduated from Mercy College of Health Sciences in 2018 and have spent the past eight years working in critical care, where I developed a deep passion for helping people through some of life's most challenging moments.
Over the years, I found myself becoming increasingly interested in asethetics. Skincare has always been a personal passion of mine--I've always loved hearing compliments about my skin because I truly invest the time and care into it. That passion inspired me to learn more about aesthetic medicine and the opportunities to help others feel just as confident in their own skin.
Today, I'm excited to combine my nursing background with my love for skincare by specializing in Microneedling. My goal is to provide safe, results-driven treatments that help my clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin while feeling comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
